(1) Order After you choose goods, please fill out an order form. If you order goods which use gKANJI NAMEh, please tell us an information of a name to convert on the order form. If you have some questions about an order form, please e-mail the following e-mail address.   EmailF tsl@gjworks.net   Confirmation of your entry We confirm the information of your entry. If you order goods which use"KANJI NAME", we need to check whether or not it is possible to convert your name to "KANJI NAME" . If "KANJI NAME" is too long, it is difficult to make a seal. Please tell us a short nickname as an alternative.   (2) Inform a total amount of cost and a payment method. As soon as we check the above things, we inform a total amount of cost including the postage and a payment method by an e-mail. In addition, it is not possible to cancel after you pay. About shipping   (3) Pay with PayPal We are glad to announce that PayPal is now accepted as a payment method for our products.   (4) Shipment of a goods After we confirm your payment, we start to make goods. If you live in Japan , it takes about 1 weeks from confirmation of your payment to a deliver of goods. If you don't live in Japan , it takes about 2`3 weeks from confirmation of your payment to a deliver of goods.
